Richmond Lacrosse Association is excited to offer - Lacrosse in Schools - an introductory Lacrosse program for K through Grade 7.
Why host Lacrosse in Schools:
It introduces a fun, low-barrier sport that builds coordination, teamwork, and active play.
Lacrosse is deeply rooted in Canadian culture (and Indigenous traditions), giving kids a chance to learn a sport that’s meaningful and unique.
The program is designed to be inclusive and accessible, minimizing cost and equipment barriers for families.
What we offer:
Introductory clinics run by qualified coaches, bringing equipment with us so the school doesn’t need to invest up front.
Flexible scheduling that works around school timetables (e.g. phys ed, recess, after school).
Support in logistics, safety, and setup — we handle most of the heavy lifting.
Opportunities for students who develop interest to transition seamlessly into community club lacrosse (if desired).
